Senegal Parrot Lifespan

What is the average lifespan of a "Poicephalus" parrot (meyers, senegal etc.)?

Senegals live between 25 - 30 years.

I have posted a Fact Sheet link below but I totally disagree with the claim that they make good apartment birds because they're quiet. My two were anything but quiet and they have an ear piercing screech, which is why when we had to move into an apartment they stayed behind in Texas with friends.

Noise aside, they are funny, loving and entertaining birds. You do have to handle them regularly to ensure they remain tame. Also, when my male hit sexual maturity at age 2-years, he started biting me. They have a nasty bite because they not only clamp down on your skin but then they grind their beaks while biting.
